1. Executive Committee

Comprising; The Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary & Assistant Secretary, Treasurer & Assistant Treasurer, 5 Committee members,

2. Management Committee

Comprising; The Chairman, Vice Chairman, Office Bearers, 5 Committee members, 5 Trustees & 15 Representatives from the Africa region Gurdwaras.

3. General Body

Comprising; The Chairman, Office Bearers, 5 Committee members, 5 Trustees & 15 Representatives from the Africa region Gurdwaras, 2 Nominated Delegates from each Corporate and Institution Members.

4. General Assembly

Comprising; All Ordinary members, All Sikh Sangat from all Gurdwaras and Sikh institutions from all over Africa, The Chairman, Office Bearers, 5 Committee members, 5 Trustees & 10 Representatives from the Africa region Gurdwaras, 2 Nominated Delegates from each Corporate and Institution Members
